Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all reservations made at Donna Stella, operated by:

By completing a reservation, guests agree to the following conditions.
1. Dinner Reservations
1.1 Cancellations
Dinner reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled reservation time.
Cancellations made after this deadline may result in the application of the no-show fee.
1.2 No-Show or Late Cancellation
In the event of:

failure to attend the reservation (no-show), or
-
partial attendance (fewer guests than originally reserved),
a fee of €20 per reserved guest may be charged.
For reservations confermed this fee may be charged to the credit card provided as guarantee.
1.3 Late Arrival
A maximum delay tolerance of 15 minutes is granted.
After this period, the reservation may be cancelled and treated as a no-show.
2. Cooking Class
2.1 Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking in order to submit a reservation request.
After payment, the booking remains pending confirmation and becomes valid only after the guest receives a booking confirmation email from Donna Stella.
If the reservation cannot be confirmed due to availability or operational reasons, the full amount paid will be refunded.
2.2 Cancellation Policy
Cooking Class reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
Cancellation requests must be sent via email to:
with the subject line:
“Cancellation Request”
The email must include:
- the name of the participant(s)
- the date of the booking
Requests that do not contain this information may not be processed.
2.3 Refunds
Once the cancellation request has been approved, refunds will be processed within 15 working days.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
2.4 No-Show
If a participant fails to attend the Cooking Class without cancelling within the permitted timeframe, no refund will be issued.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
Donna Stella reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations due to:
- force majeure
- safety concerns
- operational requirements
- unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control.
In such cases, guests will be informed as soon as possible and any payments made will be refunded.
4. Weather Conditions
The Cooking Class takes place regardless of weather conditions.
The experience is held under the restaurant’s lemon garden, which is equipped with a protective cover that will be closed in case of rain.
