2. Scope of the Service

All services are intended exclusively for consumers (B2C).
3. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website and/or completing a reservation, users confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website.
4. Nature of Services
Donna Stella provides hospitality and experiential dining services.
All prices are expressed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Services are subject to availability and operational requirements.
5. Reservations – General Conditions
5.1 Dinner Reservations

Dinner service only.

Last bookable time: 9:30 PM.
-
Table duration: 1 hour and 30 minutes.
5.2 Delay Policy
A maximum delay tolerance of 15 minutes is granted.
After this period, the reservation may be cancelled at the discretion of the restaurant.
Access to the table is allowed only when all guests included in the reservation are present.
5.3 Credit Card Guarantee
For reservations exceeding 6 guests, a credit card is required as a guarantee.
No advance payment is required for standard reservations.
5.4 No-Show Policy
In the event of a no-show or partial no-show, a penalty of €20 per reserved guest will be charged.
5.5 Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are free of charge up to 48 hours before the reservation time.
After this deadline, the no-show penalty may apply.
6. Cooking Class
Cooking Classes are available on:

Thursday

Saturday
-
Sunday
Schedule:
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (laboratory session), followed by a convivial lunch.
Minimum participants required: 2.
No advance payment is required.
Payment is made on-site on the day of the activity.
No weather-related cancellation policy applies.
In case of no-show, the Company reserves the right to refuse future bookings from the same guest.
7. Safety and Liability
During the experience (including restaurant service and Cooking Classes), guests may encounter:

Stairs

Kitchen equipment

Areas potentially involving risk
Guests agree to:

Follow staff instructions at all times

Maintain prudent and responsible behavior

Take responsibility for any damage or injury resulting from negligent or reckless conduct
The Company is covered by civil liability insurance (RC insurance).
The Company shall not be held liable for damages arising from improper conduct, failure to follow instructions, or force majeure events.
8. Minors
Minors are permitted to participate in the experiences under the supervision and responsibility of their parents or legal guardians.
Recognizable images of minors will not be published.
9. Image and Video Authorization
During the experience, photographs and video recordings may be taken for promotional and communication purposes on official channels (website, social media, advertising materials).
Guests expressly authorize the use of their image for these purposes, free of charge, by accepting the relevant consent checkbox during the booking process.
For minors, consent must be provided by the parent or legal guardian.
Guests who do not wish to appear in promotional content may notify staff at any time.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, including but not limited to texts, images, logos, graphics, and multimedia materials, is the exclusive property of the Company or used under license.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations, including EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

12. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for:

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Salerno, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights.
