Booking Policy

This Booking Policy governs all reservations made at Donna Stella, operated by:

By completing a reservation through this website, guests confirm that they have read and accepted the following conditions.


1. Dinner Reservations

1.1 Service Hours

Dinner reservations are available from 5:00 PM to 9:30 PM.

Each table is allocated for approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.


1.2 Arrival Time and Delay Policy

Guests are granted a maximum delay tolerance of 15 minutes from the reserved time.

After this period, the reservation may be cancelled at the discretion of the restaurant.

Access to the table will be granted only when all guests included in the reservation are present.


1.3 Credit Card Guarantee

A deposit of €20 per person is required to confirm any reservation.

The deposit will be fully refunded upon the guests’ attendance at the restaurant.

If the reservation is cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy, the deposit may also be refunded.

In case of no-show or late cancellation, the deposit will be retained.


1.4 Cancellation Policy

Dinner reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the reservation time.

Cancellations made after this deadline may result in the application of the no-show fee.


1.5 No-Show Policy

In the event of:

  • failure to attend the reservation (no-show), or

  • partial attendance (fewer guests than originally reserved),

a fee of €20 per reserved guest may be charged.

For reservations requiring a credit card guarantee, the fee will be charged to the card provided.


2. Cooking Class

2.1 Schedule and Duration

Cooking Classes are held on:

  • Monday

  • Thursday

  • Saturday

  • Sunday

The cooking workshop takes place from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by a convivial lunch where guests enjoy the dishes prepared during the class.

The full experience generally lasts approximately 4 hours.


2.2 Participants

Each class requires a minimum of 2 participants and allows a maximum of 10 participants, ensuring an intimate and interactive experience.


2.3 Payment and Booking Confirmation

Full payment is required at the time of booking in order to submit the reservation request.

Once the payment has been completed, the reservation will remain pending confirmation.

The booking will be considered confirmed only after the guest receives a confirmation email from Donna Stella.

Until the confirmation email is issued, the reservation request is not considered final.

In the unlikely event that the booking cannot be confirmed due to availability or operational reasons, the guest will be notified by email and the full amount paid will be refunded.


2.4 Cancellation Policy

Cooking Class reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

Cancellation requests must be sent via email to:

info@donnastellaamalfi.com

with the subject line:

“Cancellation Request”

The email must include:

  • the name of the participant(s)

  • the date of the booking

Requests that do not include this information may not be processed.


2.5 Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date of the cancellation request.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.


2.6 No-Show

If a participant fails to attend the Cooking Class without cancelling within the permitted timeframe, no refund will be issued.


2.7 Weather Conditions

The Cooking Class takes place regardless of weather conditions.

The experience is held under the restaurant’s lemon garden, which is equipped with a protective cover that can be closed in case of rain to ensure the comfort of all guests.


3. Safety and Responsibility

During the experience (including restaurant service and Cooking Classes), guests may encounter:

  • stairs

  • kitchen equipment

  • operational areas that may involve potential risks.

Guests agree to follow the instructions provided by the staff and to behave responsibly throughout the experience.

Donna Stella is covered by civil liability insurance (RC insurance).

The restaurant shall not be held responsible for injuries or damages resulting from failure to follow staff instructions or from negligent conduct.


4. Minors

Minors may participate in the experiences under the supervision and responsibility of their parents or legal guardians.


5. Photography and Video

During the experience, photographs and videos may be taken for promotional purposes (website, social media, marketing materials).

Guests provide consent during the booking process through the relevant authorization checkbox.

Guests who do not wish to appear in promotional content are invited to inform the staff.


6. Force Majeure

Donna Stella shall not be held responsible for cancellations or service disruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural events, safety concerns, or operational emergencies.


7. Governing Law

This Booking Policy is governed by Italian law.

Any dispute arising from these terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Court of Salerno, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights.
